Welcome to Community PG (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and properties, including all online and offline activities related to Community PG AI Hub.
By accessing or using our platform or accommodation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Definitions
“Community PG” refers to the company operating the accommodation and learning community under the brand “Community PG AI Hub.”
“Resident” means any person who stays in our accommodation.
“Member” refers to anyone enrolled in our workshops, events, or online community.
“Platform” means our website, apps, and any related digital services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book accommodation or register for workshops. By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Accommodation Booking & Payment
Booking is confirmed only upon full or partial payment as specified.
Rent and deposit amounts vary by location and room type.
Deposits are refundable as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy after adjusting any pending dues or damages.
Rent must be paid in advance every month by the 5th day to avoid late fees.
Residents must submit valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
4. Code of Conduct
All residents and members must:
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline within the premises.
Respect fellow residents, mentors, and staff.
Avoid illegal or disruptive activities, including smoking, drinking, or drug use in the premises.
Not sublet or transfer their room without prior written consent.
Use Community PG facilities responsibly.
Violation of these rules can lead to immediate termination of stay or membership without refund.
5. Workshops, Events & Community Activities
Workshops, mentorship programs, or AI sessions are optional value-added services.
Community PG does not guarantee job placement or freelance projects — we only provide opportunities, networking, and skill-building exposure.
The schedule and structure of workshops may change without prior notice.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Booking cancellations before check-in are subject to applicable deductions.
Early move-outs are not eligible for full rent refund.
Workshop fees are non-refundable but may be adjusted toward a future batch.
Security deposits will be refunded within 7–14 business days after check-out, post inspection.
7. Use of Website and Content
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and media, is owned by Community PG.
You may not copy, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may use your details for booking confirmation, community updates, and promotional communication.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Community PG shall not be liable for:
Loss or theft of personal belongings.
Accidents, injuries, or damages caused by resident negligence.
Service interruptions due to maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances.
External services, freelancers, or mentors introduced through the platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your stay or access to services if you breach these Terms or engage in activities harmful to the community.
11. Modifications
Community PG may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction under Bengaluru courts.
